In order for customers orders to process and be delivered, customers must include their name, delivery address, contact information, and a valid credit/debit card. You have the option to store your personal information for future transactions to be made easier and faster; the option is yours. Your information will not be used for any reason outside of Black Baguettes correspondence in relation to your order status and/or advertisement purposes of our products and newsletters.
Shipping Policy:
Orders are usually shipped within 3 days of order being placed. All orders placed before 4pm CST, will usually be shipped same day(unless order backup), otherwise expect a 3-5 business day normal shipping estimate time frame. Any orders placed after 4pm will be prepared the next following business day to be shipped out for delivery.

Customers have 48hrs from the time we have responded to your relative email regarding your concerns or issues to initiate the return. Defected items upon delivery arrival & unpackaging: broken seals, cracked or leaky jars/containers, defected tubes, etc. If you need to return an item, please email us via our CONTACT US Tab letting us know your experience. Please respond to our email with a photo of the defected item(s) if broken, leaky or cracked; if defected, please include a short clip displaying the defected productive.
We'll then send you a shipping label for free shipping returns via email or local post office. You have 48hrs from the time of the initial shipping label email is originally sent out to qualify for a return on your purchase. Items that have been unsealed & consumed will not be accepted as a return. Once the product has been received & returned (usually 3 days), you will receive a Black Baguettes, store credit/gift card for your returned value amount to spend with us in the future.
